Energy-saving Key Card: The rooms are equipped with an energy-saving key card system. The system is activated when the card is placed in the slot.

Key: For security reasons, one key is given for each room. Please leave the keys at the front desk when you leave. In case of loss of the key, the guest shall pay its full cost.

Central Cooling System: Activated automatically at certain intervals depending on seasonal temperatures. With the air conditioner running, the balcony door must be closed.( Air conditioners do not work between 10.00 and 14.00 )

Safe: Safe deposit boxes with access password are located in the room closet. Safe deposit boxes are included in the room rate. Please keep your valuables and money in a safe. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables and money.

Minibar: Water in the all-inclusive minibar is refilled daily. Other soft drinks are provided once per stay.

Bath Towels (white): Changed every two days. Thank you for keeping your bath towels in the room!

Beach Towels (colored): Are obtained with the towel card you receive at the reception with a deposit.

Dry cleaning – Laundry service: In case of need, please contact the reception desk. You will be provided with detailed information about the price list and the service time.

Malfunctions: Please report the malfunctions in your room to the reception desk. The malfunctions will be eliminated as soon as possible. Some repairs may cause noise, and because of this, we would appreciate your understanding.

Hygiene: Due to hygiene requirements, it is not recommended to bring food in the room.

Check-out: Check-out is done no later than 12:00 noon. If you need a late check-out, please contact the reception and, if available, you can continue to use the room at the specified rate until 18:00 or until 21:00. Luggage can be left in the luggage room next to the reception.
